My kids thought this was so cool, and since I keep many of these items on hand, it is so easy to throw together. The best part of course is it is healthy and I love all the colors on the plate. And, my daughter ate it!
All I needed to make this was 3 things, and I served hummus along side it for my daughter to dip the carrots in.
How did I do it?
I sliced a ripe Avocado in half, and used one half as the body (I then sliced that again on the plate into thin slivers.) I took 8 baby carrots and used that as the legs. Finally I cut a cherry tomato in half and used that as the head.
It was that easy to make, and perfect for an everyday snack, lunch or even Halloween!
