We always try to have fun when it comes to various Holidays, and one of the easiest ways to get in the Valentine’s Holiday spirit is at Breakfast.
This morning I made my little girl a Valentine’s French Toast, and it is really easy to make and quick to prepare.
Here is what I used:
2 Eggs
3 pieces of Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Olive Oil
Powdered Sugar
Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter
(I used Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl from a Buy One Get One Free sale at Publix, and had it in the freezer. It tastes great as French Toast!)
Dip the bread in the egg on both sides until it is soaked in, cook up the French Toast as normal in a pan coated with Olive Oil on medium heat until browned on both sides. (3-5 minutes on each side usually.)
When the French Toast is cooked, put it on a plate, place the cookie cutter on top of the bread and then pour and spread the powder sugar inside.
This is the end result! It is quick, easy, and it tastes delicious. Plus, this can be done for other holidays like St. Patrick’s, Easter, and Halloween. Of course, the best part is, your kids think you are an awesome mom for being so creative.

Happy Valentines Day!
